Jessica joined NIS in 2015 and has held multiple operational roles in the organization. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Public Relations, and currently focuses on creating a work environment for an evolving workplace where employers and employees thrive together. Jessica is well versed in designing and implementing best practices and procedures for recruiting, onboarding, compensation, training and payroll, and is committed to providing a diverse, inclusive and equitable environment for the organization.
Jessica received a BS in Journalism from the University of Kansas, and is a SHMR Certified Professional.
