Crystal has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, specializing in biomarker testing, laboratory operations, and compliance. She began her career at Eli Lilly in 2002 as a scientist, focusing on molecular biomarker assay validations and biobanking operations. Crystal later advanced to the role of Senior Director of CAP/CLIA Laboratory Operations at Lilly. Most recently, she held the position of Site Head at CellCarta, a contract research organization (CRO) in Fremont, CA, specializing in flow cytometry testing, before joining NIS in April 2024. Crystal holds a BS in biochemistry from Purdue University (West Lafayette).
